What You’ll Do:
Quality Assurance:
Conduct thorough call audits to assess quality and identify areas for improvement
Analyze call data to identify trends and patterns
MIS & Reporting:
Generate daily, weekly, and monthly reports (Excel dashboards, presentations)
Track key performance indicators (KPIs) and analyze their impact
Process Improvement:
Collaborate with the operations team to identify and implement process enhancements
Contribute innovative ideas to improve service quality and efficiency
Data Management:
Manage call volume, attendance, and program schedules
