What You’ll Do:
Office Management:
Manage day-to-day office operations with a smile
Answer phones, respond to emails, and ensure smooth communication
Maintain organized office systems (digital & physical)
Order supplies & equipment, keeping the office running smoothly
Calendar & Schedule Management:
Manage team calendars, schedule meetings, and coordinate travel
Prepare meeting materials & distribute minutes
Document & Project Support:
Prepare reports, presentations, and other essential documents
Assist with project timelines, deliverables, and updates
Financial Assistance:
Support with invoicing, expense tracking, and budget monitoring
What You’ll Bring:
2+ years of experience as an Administrative Assistant
International experience is a huge plus!
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, Google Workspace, and other office software
Excellent communication (written & verbal) and interpersonal skills
Strong organizational & time-management skills – you thrive in a fast-paced environment
A keen eye for detail and a commitment to high-quality work
Ability to work independently and take initiative
