Job Description

Key Responsibilities:
Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring they are provided with excellent service, timely updates, and customized recommendations based on their travel preferences.
Query Management: Handle client queries effectively, providing accurate responses and following up regularly to ensure satisfaction and progress.
Tour Package Creation: Design and create bespoke travel packages, itineraries, vouchers, and invoices, ensuring attention to detail and a high standard of service.
Reporting: Maintain weekly and monthly production reports, keeping track of performance against set targets and ensuring that goals are consistently met.
Site Visits: Conduct site visits to hotels and sightseeing products, ensuring that our offerings meet client expectations and industry standards.
Sales Targets: Meet company-defined sales targets and contribute to the success of the department by achieving individual and team goals.
Internal Collaboration: Follow company protocols and formats, collaborating with relevant departments to ensure smooth operations and seamless client experiences.
Continuous Learning: Demonstrate a willingness to learn and adapt to the company’s evolving requirements, enhancing your skills and contributing to the overall success of the team.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
Proficient in MS Office and basic computer skills.
Strong client handling and communication skills.
Ability to work independently and meet targets consistently.
A keen interest in the travel industry, with an eagerness to learn and grow.
Flexibility to undertake site visits and contribute to team success.
