HR Recruiter – Tech & Non-Tech

We’re seeking a passionate and results-driven HR Recruiter to join our dynamic team in Kolkata. In this key role, you’ll be responsible for full-cycle recruitment across Tech and Non-Tech domains for our exciting international clientele.

What you’ll do:
Source & Screen:
Identify and attract top talent through diverse channels (LinkedIn, job boards, referrals)
Screen 100+ resumes weekly and conduct 20+ initial phone screens monthly
Interview & Assess:
Conduct 10+ in-depth interviews (phone, video, in-person) per month.
Administer skills tests & assessments to evaluate candidate suitability.

Offer & Onboard:
Manage the entire offer process, including negotiations and onboarding.

Data-Driven:
Track key metrics (time-to-fill, time-to-hire, cost-per-hire) and analyze data to optimize recruitment strategies.

Employer Branding:
Contribute to building a strong employer brand to attract top talent.

What you’ll bring:
2+ years of proven success in HR Recruitment, with a strong emphasis on Tech hiring.
Experience sourcing and screening 100+ candidates per month.
Proficiency in using ATS (e.g., Workday, Lever).
Excellent communication & interpersonal skills (written & verbal).
A data-driven approach with strong analytical skills.
A passion for building high-performing teams.
