What You’ll Do:
Lead & Motivate:
Create a positive and inspiring team culture with open communication.
Set clear goals, delegate tasks effectively, and monitor team performance daily.

Provide coaching and feedback to help team members grow.
Recognize and reward high-achievers.

Lead Generation & Sales:
Take lead calls, generate projects, and contribute to business development.
Attend sales calls as a domain expert and contribute to closing deals.
Focus on converting leads into successful projects.

Project Management:
Oversee day-to-day operations and ensure smooth project execution.
Handle customer issues proactively and ensure customer success.

What You’ll Bring:
3+ years of proven experience as a Team Leader in a customer-facing role.
Minimum 3 years of international experience.
Excellent communication & leadership skills – you can inspire and motivate your team!
Strong project management & organizational skills.
Experience in recruitment & interviewing is a plus.
A positive attitude, strong work ethic, and a passion for success.
