Job Title: Assistant Team Manager
Gain in-depth knowledge of company’s menu items, ingredients, and preparation methods
Efficiently handle peak times while adhering to prescribed KPT to maintain service standards
Manage kitchen operations, including filling out kitchen checklists, placing orders for raw materials, and filling out daily reports
Handle root cause analysis (RCA) of complaints and conduct camera audits. Oversee the progress of training programs and administer assessment tests to ensure team members are meeting performance standard
Monitor and maintain the health of kitchen equipment, ensuring timely repairs and maintenance (R&M) as needed
Coordinate and execute local store marketing (LSM) activities, including new product insertions (NPI), door hangings, and other marketing initiatives to drive store traffic and sales.

Requirements:
High school diploma or equivalent. Culinary education is a plus but not required
Minimum of 3 years of experience in a kitchen or food service environment, including hands-on experience with food preparation, cooking, inventory management, packaging, dispatching, training, and managing operations
Advanced understanding of kitchen operations and food preparation techniques
Demonstrated leadership abilities to guide, motivate, and manage a team effectively
Proficiency in using computer software for kitchen management and reporting
Ability to perform root cause analysis for complaints and conduct camera audits
Knowledge of equipment health monitoring and repair & maintenance (R&M)
Experience in executing local store marketing (LSM) activities.
